We completely gut renovated this home inside and out but maintained the impressive mansard style roof to preserve the views of the North river and the original curved staircase as part of a very dramatic front entryway. The classic charm mixed with modern elements and amenities paired so well that both units sold off market to a single buyer who opted to live in the top unit and rent out the lower unit.
