When you browse the Site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. • To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our projects and opportunities you ask about;
• To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;

• Vercel, which hosts the Site;
• Neon, which stores contact form submissions in our database;
• Postmark, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email; and
• Google Analytics, which provides aggregated site usage statistics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our communications, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted by emailing hello@sullivan.capital.
• You can limit analytics tracking by blocking cookies in your browser or installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
